Rate:
- All rates are quoted in €
- All rates are per apartment per day
- The rate applies for normal occupancy
- € 17,- are charged for each additional child, upto the age of 14 years, per day
- € 20,- are charged for each additional person, from the age of 15, per day
- Excluding tourist tax, € 2,90 per person and day, from the age of 15
- Excluding mobility tax, € 0,50 per person and day, from the age of 15, from 01.05.2027 it will be € 1,10 ppad.

Payment terms:
The first amount is 50% of the total sum.
We kindly request you to transfer the remaining amount at least 1 month prior to arrival. Your booking is only guaranteed after the payment has been transferred to our account.

Conditions of cancellation or withdrawal:
The lodging contract can be dissolved without payment of a cancellation fee by way of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner, no later than 3 months prior to the guest´s arrival date. Beyond the above specified time period, a withdrawal is only possible by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner and shall be subject to the following cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees:
- up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total package price.
- up to 1 week prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total package price.
- during the week prior to the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.
